Filter your leads list for easier bulk editing, exporting, and data manipulation.
If you are frequently working with a similar group of contacts, you can save your list filters to come back to the same view again and again. Sharing filtered lists with colleagues also makes it easy to collaborate and keep your team on the same page.

Types of filters
Filter by people with no address or people in a specific location (country, state/province, city, postal code, or area code). Clicking the Map filter will automatically open the map view and apply a filter of the area shown on the map.
Some filters, such as Tags, Industries, Assigned to, and more, allow you to apply multiple versions of the same filter (e.g. filtering by multiple tags). These filters allow you to toggle between “And” and “Or” options. The And option shows only people that have all of the defined values, while the Or option shows people with any of the defined values.
Using blank options on filters such as phone number, address, and email address can help to fill in missing information, such as filtering for a list of people that lack any of this information.
Negative filtering, using the "Is not" function, will exclude people that have a specific value.
For example, a negative filter can be used to exclude people from a list with a tag of Do not email.
Will my filters save if I close my browser?
While Nutshell will do its best to save your most recent set of filters, you can save specific views for easy access. You can return to saved lists even from other computers, or if you log out and log back into Nutshell.
Can I filter by area code?
Yes! Click "Address," click the "Exact location" drop-down menu and select "Area code."
Can I apply multiple filters from the same category?
Yes! You can add multiple filters to organizational categories. For example, if you want to add the "Company type" as a primary filter, you can select multiple secondary filters, like "Customer,” “Vendor,” etc.
Can I share my filtered list with my teammates?
Yes! When you save a specific view, you can decide if you want the list to be private or if your colleagues should be able to see it.
